Digital Episode of Enerlly: Ft. Manya Chopra

During my work experience at Enerlly, I was fortunate enough to get a knack of what goes into working, the know-how of the general procedure of planning, developing and executing an initiative and a sneak peek of how much work and detail is required at every stage.

Another valuable lesson I learned during these 3 months, was the many different types of work a digital marketer has to perform, which in turn, has provided me with great insights into the different types of roles and responsibilities that I could perform.

Reminiscing about my first day at Enerlly, it was one of the most memorable days of my time at work. It was a lot more than I thought it would be — in the best way possible. After being introduced to the team, I was handed the social media platforms to work on, in which I was asked for recommendations to improve certain aspects of the social media presence. My opinions were welcomed and I ended up learning a lot. Since then, there's been no holding back. Writing blogs is my personal favourite. The extensive research, writing and re-writing and getting it reviewed by the team is really exciting. It gives me a profound overview of our niche and keeps me up to date about what's happening around the globe- the latest developments, plans and strategies.

Everyone, at Enerlly, is always open and happy for me to contribute as much as I want to. This helps me grow and keeps me going. One valuable lesson this internship taught me was to deal with uncertainties with a positive mindset and to resolve them as promptly as possible. I learnt to get things cross verified from senior sources before implementing them. I found my workspace to be extremely diverse. This large range of people have different strengths and qualifications and they work together and organize things in coordination with one another so that workflows swiftly and gets completed in time in order to present it to the client. This, in turn, makes a great impact and helps the workplace become better and stronger as a team and therefore, creates a healthy atmosphere in the working environment. More than anything else, this brings out the best in me and helps me grow as an individual.

I am motivated to learn more every day. I have been working with very sophisticated people, and I'm humbled to have gotten this opportunity of a lifetime. This internship has given me even more real-world experience than I had ever experienced before. It has also given me the chance to dive deeper into the 'startup picture' and develop a robust skillset.
